Parties have settled and compromised the matter. They have filed consent terms dated 19.07.2021 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate orders to issue appropriate writs / orders / directions and quash and set aside FIR No. 522/2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station and all other proceedings, including chargesheet if any filed, arising out of and form the said FIR registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai and / or pending the Hon'ble Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court at Andheri".
