The grievance of the petitioner is that pending revision application filed against the order passed under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, respondent no.7 has issued notice to the petitioner for payment of Rs.11,01,056/-.

It is submitted that the revision application has been filed with the Respondent No.1-State Government on 25.4.2013.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we observe that in case revision application (Exh.'D') filed with the State Government is pending, the said application shall be decided by the State within four months from today on its own merits. The petitioner shall appear before the said authority for getting future date on 1.9.2015 at 11.00 am. For a period of four months, we direct that no coercive steps be taken based upon the impugned notice.

2 wp7586.14.odt In case the revision application is dismissed, the interim relief is continued for further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of order passed by respondent no.1. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
