The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that there is only 04 days delay in filing the Second Appeal. He further submits that the delay is not deliberate, but due to financial difficulties of the applicants, delay is caused. He further submits that Mr. Goyal has filed Vakalatnama for the respondents.
