20th March, 2019 PC:- 1.

It is informed that the order passed by this Court rejecting the application seeking review of the order was a matter of challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition No. 18896 of 2016. It has also been pointed out by the learned AGP appearing for the Respondents/State that till this date no award has been declared and, as such, the question of applicability of provision of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Reservation and Resettlement Act, 2013, does not arise in the instant matter.
