Learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from Mr. S. D. Pasalwar, Police Inspector from Bandra Police Station, who is present in the Court, states that as on today the Petitioner is not an accused in MECR No.4/2010 registered with Bandra Police Station. In view of this position, present petition for quashing the said MECR at the instance of the Petitioner is not at all maintainable and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
