This Court by order dated 7th September, 2021 had granted ad-interim relief as below :- "(i) In the event of arrest in C.R. No.293 of 2021, dated 10th August, 2021, for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of I.P.C. registered with Miraj Gramin Police Station, District Sangli, the Applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties."

which is still continued. On 6th March, 2024, the Application was on board and none had appeared for the Applicant. 2.

Today also, none appeared when the matter is called out. It seems that the Applicant is not desirous of prosecuting this BGP.

Application. Learned APP is not in a position to inform the Court about the present status.

The Application therefore stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
