It appears applicant is unable to execute a bond in the sum of Rs. 25000/- for the reasons stated in the application. 3.

With due regard in the circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated in the application, the condition; (i) imposed while releasing the applicant on the bail is modifed as under; "Thus applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a P.R. Bond for the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or two local sureties."

Criminal Interim Application No. 29/2021 is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of accordingly.
