1] After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to agitate his contention pertaining to the stay granted by Allahabad High Court to the Order dated 21.11.2017 passed by the Family Court, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh in Petition No.949 of 2016.

Leave and liberty granted.
