The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked for quashing and setting aside the FIR dated 27/12/2013 vide CR No.148/2013. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws our attention to the charge-sheet which is filed and which is annexed at Exhibit H to the Petition. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the charge-sheet, which is filed, there is nothing incriminating against the Petitioner. It is not possible to accept the said contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner at this stage. Hence no relief can be granted to the Petitioner. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to avail of the statutory remedies as are available if so advised at the appropriate stage.
