We have perused the order passed by us on 28 February 2017. In the peculiar facts of the case, since we noticed that the Respondent-Original Applicant has already attained the age of 64 years and she was permitted to retire, the challenge raised in the Petition is rendered stale. In the peculiar facts of the case before us, the decision has been rendered, which need not be reviewed in exercise of powers conferred on the High Court.
