The Petitioner is challenging final Notification dated 11th May, 2017 issued by the respondent no.1 under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (in short 'MRTP Act').

After hearing learned counsel petitioner for sometime, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition after looking into the relevant provisions of the MRTP Act. Liberty as Shivgan 1/2
