This application has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No.14239 of 2015 which was dismissed on account of non-compliance of peremptory order dated 4th May, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners submits that due to bonafide mistake the office objections could not be removed within the time fixed in the order. He undertakes to remove the office objections within ten days from today.
