This petition assails an order dated 9th June, 2022 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, in Review Application (ULP) No.3 of 2021, whereby the Industrial Court was persuaded to review its earlier order passed below Exhibit-2 dated 18th September, 2018 in Complaint (ULP) No.203 of 2018 to the extent of directing the petitioner - employer to extend benefit of the Helping Hand Group Incentive Scheme to the complainant - respondent herein, since June, 2022 till disposal of the complaint.

Mr. Talsania, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, submits that subject to the outcome of the decision of the complaint, the petitioner would continue to extend the benefit under the Helping Hand Group Incentive Scheme to the respondent - complainant.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition stands disposed.

In view of disposal of the petition, interim application(s), if any, stand(s), disposed.
