Heard the learned counsel for the revision-applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent-State. On perusal of the impugned judgment and order, I find that the possibility that has arisen in this case is that the whole basis of the complaint could possibly be a civil dispute between the accused and the complainant which has not been prima facie properly appreciated by the courts below and, therefore, the present revision application deserves admission for final hearing.

Call for record and proceedings.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.290/2015 The fine amount of Rs.5,000/- has already been paid as stated by the learned counsel for the applicant. Therefore, pending hearing and final disposal of the revision-application, it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on condition that the applicant shall
