By an order dated 20 June 2016, the Civil Application of the Original Petitioner seeking recall of an earlier dismissal order for want of prosecution, was allowed and the petition was restored to file. A preadmission notice was directed to be issued to Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, whilst Respondent No.1 was deleted from the cause title of the petition. The Petitioner was permitted to effect a private service on the Respondents and file an affidavit of service by the next date. It is not known whether any service is effected.
