Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 22nd February, 2019, Mr. K.J.Paratwar, Advocate has filed his disclosure under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (3 of 2016). The Advocates for the parties have gone through the said disclosure and on instructions informed the Court that they have no objection to the same. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

(i) Mr. K.J.Paratwar, Advocate, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Franchise Agreement dated th June, 2015.

(ii)The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his final Award within a 1/2

ssp 931 arp 86 of 2018.doc period of six months from the date of this order. (iii)The learned Arbitrator shall not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(iv)The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. (v) The venue of Arbitration shall be at Pune. (vi)The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) 2/2
