The Petitioner has invoked writ jurisdiction for correction of her birth date at the fag end of her carrier as she will be retiring on 30th September 2016. The prayer is also made to set aside the decision taken by the Respondent-Management (29-022016) thereby rejecting her representation of correcting her date of birth. Affidavit in reply is also filed on record. Therefore, taking overall view of the matter we are inclined to dismiss the present petition for the above reasons itself. As we have find no infirmity in the impugned communication.
