Heard learned counsels for applicants and respondent. 2.

This application is for withdrawal of the entire compensation amount as deposited by the Insurance Company. It is submitted that the deceased was the sole bread-winner in the family. On account of his death, the applicants are having no source of income and urgently they are in need of certain amount.

Considering that amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is already deposited by the Insurance Company, in the Tribunal and having regard to the requirements of the applicants, applicants are permitted to withdraw 1/2 13 3754 of 2016.doc

50% of the said amount without any security but on furnishing usual undertaking with liberty to file fresh application for withdrawal of further amount if need arises, which will be considered on its own merits. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent Corporation that an amount of Rs.25,000/- as deposited in this Court be transferred to the Tribunal.

Registry is directed to transfer the said amount to the Tribunal. The Tribunal to invest the said amount alongwith remaining amount in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and thereafter to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal. 6.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
