1] At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, the trial of the present case i.e. Sessions Case No.589 of 2017 has already commenced and as of today, the prosecution has examined three witnesses. He further, on instructions, submitted that, the prosecution is intending to examine about 20 more witnesses in support of its case. In view thereof, Mr.Mooman, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present 1/2

2] As the trial of the present case has already commenced, the learned Additional Sessions, City Civil Court, seized of the Sessions Case No.589 of 2017, is hereby requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial of the said Sessions case within a period of one year from today. 3] The applicant is granted liberty to file fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial of Sessions Case No.589 of 2017 is not concluded within a period of one year from today. 4] Application is disposed off as withdrawn.
