This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.384 of 2020, registered with Vakola Police Station, Mumbai, for the ofences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(c) of Information Technology Act.

Aher The parties have settled the dispute. Consent terms are executed between them. The same are tendered in Court,

In the order dated 20th January, 2021, it was recorded that the applicant had handed over cheque of Rs.50,00,000/- to the complainant. Today the said cheque is replaced by a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.50,00,000/-. It is handed over to the complainant. Cheque is returned to applicant. Parties have also agreed that in view of the settlement, they would initiate appropriate proceedings for quashing the complaint.

In view of the above, this application can be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order.

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1159 of 2020, is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 1st January, 2021, is confrmed;

rpa 3/3 16 aba 1159 2020.doc (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.384 of 2020, registered with Vakola Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1159 of 2020, stands disposed of accordingly;

(v) Interim Application (Stamp) No.31 of 2021, is disposed of.
