Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Civil Application, Applicant Claimant is seeking to amend their claim in cross objection (ST) no.29400 of 2016. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

6 cao427-18.doc A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:

"(A) This Honourable High Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend and claim compensation at the rate of Rs.5000/- per square meter thus totally claiming further enhancement of Rs.4050/- in Cross Objections." B) Amendment be carried out on or before 31.10.2018 and pay court fees to that effect, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
