Heard. None for the Respondents though duly served. By this Civil Application, the Applicant claimant seeks to carry out amendment in the cross objection claiming enhanced compensation in respect of the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend and claim compensation at the rate of Rs.5000/- per square meter thus totally claiming further enhancement of Rs.4050/- in Cross Objections."

b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 22.06.2018 failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) The Applicant to pay deficit court fees at the time of carrying out amendment.
