Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the Municipal Corporation to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner for grant of transferable development rights within a time bound schedule.

Learned Counsel appearing for the second to fourth respondents, on instructions of Mr. Basangi M. B., Sectional Engineer, P.M.C, states that the proposal is still pending. Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order :

ORDER

Pending proposal of the petitioner for grant of transferable development rights (DRC) shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken by the appropriate officer of the second respondent as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of two months from today.
