1] The learned counsel for the Applicants has invited my attention to Digitally signed by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

2022.08.04 10:52:01 +0530 RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE station diary entry dated 19.10.2019 since the offence in which the applicant is apprehending his arrest, is of the year 2019. The station diary entry specifically record that on the statement of Milap Patel, who was alleged to have been abducted was taken by his father and he has no grievance.

2] On 22.07.2021, accused No.1 Nilesh has reported to the Police Station and Investigating Officer has recorded his statement on 23.07.2021. Accused No.2 Vijay Talreja has also reported to the Police Station and rendered his co-operation. 3] In the wake of above, the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court states that the do not desire custodial interrogation of the 1/2

(13)ABA-1975-2022.doc Applicants, subject to the stipulation that they shall continue to render co-operation.

4] In the wake of aforesaid statement, following order is passed : (a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.235/2021 registered with Rabodiv Police Station, the applicant No.1 Nilesh Vasudev Sawant and Applicant No.2 Vijay Paryomal Talreja, shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(c) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 2/2
