Learned advocate for the intervener on instructions submits that the offences are registered under Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 read with Section 120-B of IPC, which are bailable in nature. It is further submitted that no other offences are invoked which are in nature of non-bailable in the present complaint. In view of this, the question of grant of transit anticipatory bail does not arise. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
