Reply of Shri B.M. Wankhede, the Chief Manager of the third Respondent, Dena Bank is taken on record. The reply shows that the grievance of the Petitioner has been considered by the Grievance Redressal Officer of the Dena Bank and order dated 22nd November, 2014 has been communicated to the Petitioner. In view of the said order, it is not necessary to entertain the Petition. We, accordingly, dispose of the Petition. However, we make it clear that no adjudication is made on the legality and validity of order dated 22nd November, 2014.
