The applicant apprehending arrest in Crime No.329 of 2021 of Police Station Kamothe, District Navi Mumbai under section 420 of IPC is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

The aforesaid offence is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Shubhangi Deepak Aahuja. This court by a reasoned order dated 24 September, 2021 had granted interim protection to the applicant on condition of attendance. It is not disputed that the applicant has reported to the Investigating OfÏcer and was co-operated in the investigation. On 4 January, 2022 a statement was made on behalf of the applicant that the agreement on the basis of which offence is

Priya Soparkar 2 24 aba 2123-21-cr registered has been cancelled by the applicant. Today the learned counsel has produced a copy of the document by which agreement has been cancelled. The copy is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned APP states that the said fact has been verified by the Investigating OfÏcer.

In that view of the matter, the criminal anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24 September, 2021 subject to the condition that the applicant shall continue to co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when required.
