The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will appear before the Grievance Redressal Officer appointed by the Axix Bank (fourth Respondent) under the agricultural Dept Waiver and Dept Relief Scheme, 2008. The learned counsel appearing for the third and fourth Respondents states that though notice was issued, the Petitioners did not remain present. However, he states that the Grievance Redressal Officer has not decided the representation made by the Petitioners.

We direct the Petitioners to appear before the Grievance Redressal Officer of the third and fourth Respondents on 30 th July, 2015 at 11.00 am.

The Grievance Redressal Officer shall deal with the grievances made by the Petitioners and shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from today.

With the above direction, we dispose of the Petition. 5.

All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order;

All contentions on merits are kept open.
