After this matter was heard for some time and we esquired from Mr. Jetly why only in respect of ten shipping bills which have been filed in October 2014 are the investigations not completed and further steps taken.

Mr. Jetly states that he has received instructions to inform the Court that by 30th September, 2016, a show cause notice will be issued to the Petitioner and giving him sufficient time and opportunities to meet the contents thereof and contest Aswale 1/2

21.wp.9314.16 the proceedings, after conclusion of the hearing an adjudication order will also be passed.

In such circumstances, while we accept the statements made by Mr. Jetly, on instructions, as an undertaking given to this Court, we clarify that the Court will not extend the time under any circumstances given that the bills are of October 2014 and investigations were commenced from January, 2016, The Writ Petition is disposed off by clarifying that no opinion is expressed by this Court on the merits of the controversy.
