This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent no.2, since deceased, after condoning delay of 7 years and 101 days in filing application.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Second Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today and the amended slip shall be made over to other side.
