By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 49 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 20.12.2017 in WCA/330/B/64/2013.

The respondents have not contested the application despite due service. Having considered the explanation given in paragraph no.5, 6 and 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, the delay is condoned.
