This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs and representatives of deceased Appellant No.1. Deceased Appellant No.1 passed away on 20th April 2022 and the present Interim Application is filed on 18th July 2022.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th 1/2

Although, the appearance is shown for the Respondents, none appears for the Respondents.

Mr. Vijay Gharat states that copy of Interim Application is served on the Respondents. Respondents have not filed any reply to the Interim Application.

As no reply is filed to the Interim Application, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

7.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
