Mr.Rajpurohit, learned AGP for the respondents states that the petitioner has not furnished all the documents to enable the respondent no.2 to comply with the order passed by this Court on 17th February, 2021. Learned AGP agrees to furnish the list of such documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner within three days from today. Statement is accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to furnish those documents as may be requisitioned by the respondents within three days thereafter. After receipt of such documents, the respondent no.2 to comply with the order passed by 1/2

31-cp553-22.doc this Court on 17th February, 2021 within two weeks thereafter. The order that would be passed by the respondent no.2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order.

The contempt petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. It is made clear that if the order passed by this Court is not complied with within the time prescribed, this Court will initiate the proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the concerned officer for not compliance of the order dated 17th February, 2021 and the order passed by this Court today. 3.

Place the matter on board for compliance after eight weeks.
