The revision application has been admitted by this Court and interim relief is granted. In view of the latest decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another V/s. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, the applicant shall obtained relief from the High Court for extension of stay granted by earlier. 3.

Considering the fact that the petition is admitted and in the light of observations made in order dated 20th March, 2018, interim relief has been granted to the applicant. The same is continued till further orders.
