ORDER:- After we heard the matter on the earlier occasion, the matter was posted for today to enable Mr. Khandeparkar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, to make a statement as to whether any suitable accommodation can be made available to the Petitioner upto the end of March 2017, on the ground that the Petitioner's daughter is undertaking education in the 10th Standard and by vacating of the quarters in the middle of the term, it will disturb the academic year of the Petitioner's daughter. Mr. Khandeparkar, on instructions from the Respondents, 1/2

ssm 2 910-wp8451.16.sxw who have shown a fair approach, makes a statement that the Respondents are making available a quarter at "Himadri" which can be permitted to be occupied by the Petitioner till 31 March 2017. The Petitioner undertakes to vacate the said quarter on or before 1 April 2017. Undertaking is accepted We have passed this order in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and solely on the ground of educational interest of the Petitioner's daughter, who is a undertaking 10th standard examination. This order, therefore, shall not be treated as a precedent.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.

Needless to observe that subject to the work exigencies, the Petitioner shall vacate the existing accommodation within two weeks from today.
