1-3&5-LPAST36098-99+.DOC PC:- 1.

It appears that the Notice, in terms of the order passed earlier on 4th December, 2018, was published on the official website of this court on 14th December, 2018. On 26th June, 2019, this court directed the parties and the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties to take steps for reconstitution of the paper-book of the appeals within a period of one month from the date of the order dated 26th June, 2019. However, till today no steps have been taken. 2.

In the circumstances, there is no alternative except to dispose of the Appeals on account of non-prosecution and the appeals are accordingly disposed of.

3.

In view of disposal of LPA(ST) No.15284 of 2000, Civil Application No.159 of 2001, does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
