This Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay of 284 days caused in filing the appeal. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the advocate who appeared in the trial Court had left India and had gone to London for a considerable time and also subsequently, the appellant's son was unwell and therefore the delay is caused. 1 / 2
