The Petitioner had filed the Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai challenging the recovery being made from her pension. On 19 June 2019 the Tribunal adjourned the proceedings and did not grant any interim order as against the recovery. Being aggrieved, the Petitioner filed the present Petition. The Petition has remained pending without any order. The learned Counsel for the parties inform that the Original
