Heard Mr. S. B. Chaudhari, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Ravindranath N. Kande i/b P. M. Rana, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2.

By this Miscellaneous Civil Application, the Applicantwife is seeking prayer to transfer Marriage Petition No. 17 of 2020 fled by the Respondent-husband in the Court of Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division Vasai at Thane to the Court of Family Court at Pune.

It is the submission of the Applicant that, the distance

48-MCA-350-2022.doc between Vasai, Thane and Pune is about 200 kms and for the Applicant it will be inconvenient to attend the hearing of the proceedings in the Court at Vasai, Thane. It is further contended that, she is solely dependent on the income of the Respondent.

Mr. Kande, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent states that, he has no objection if the said proceedings are transferred.

In view of the above reasons and for the reasons set out in the Miscellaneous Civil Application the Marriage Petition No. 17 of 2020 fled by the Respondent-husband in the Court of Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai at Thane is transferred to the Court of Family Court at Pune. 6.

Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
