Notices issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is returned unserved with Postal remark "Incomplete Address". And R.P.A.D. Notice issued to Respondent No. 3 retunred unserved with Postal remark "Not within our bit office".

The addresses mentioned in above notices are similar addresses mentioned in First Appeal Memo and also in Judgement of the Lower Court of the Ad-hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding Substitute Service of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 by way of Publication in Daily News papers "Lokmat" and "Free Press Journal".

In view of this Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a) returnable by 6 weeks.
