Mr. Rameshwar Gite, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.1 states that the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 13th July 2015 passed in Reg. Civil Suit No.20 of 2011. This Court by order dated 29th July 2015 issued notice to the Respondents and granted ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (c). Therefore, further proceedings in said Reg. Civil Suit No.20 of 2011 were stayed. This Court by order dated 19th June 2019 vacated said ad-interim relief granted on 29th July 2015. Mr. Gite submits that the said R.C.S. No.20 of 2011 has been finally

As noted hereinabove, none appears for the Petitioner. It appears that as this Court has vacated ad-interim order as well as the suit is disposed of, the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present Petition. Hence, the Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
