The contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner has filed an Application for cancellation of registration, however, the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the Application (Page 9 of the Writ Petition) filed by the Petitioner is not decided and still pending with the Respondents, then the Respondents shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
