Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

This application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 takes an exception to the order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the City Civil and Sessions Court at Mumbai. By the order impugned, the protection granted to the applicant by way of interim anticipatory bail on 10.11.2020 came be withdrawn for breach of condition, i.e., condition to attend the police station. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to attend the concerned police station on 4.1.2021 between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. In view of this fact, the impugned order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the City Civil and Sessions Court at Mumbai is set aside. The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 10.11.2020 shall remain in force till fnal disposal of her anticipatory bail application before the City Civil and Sessions Court at Mumbai.
