Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the following order is passed:

ORDER

a) Hearing of First Appeal no. 1134 of 1995 is expedited, if the applicant filed private paper book withing eight weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

b) If private paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated herein above, office is directed to add First Appeal no. 1134 of 1995 in weekly board for final hearing.

c) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
