1] This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 - Committee to take decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioner for verification of the tribe certificate within stipulated period. The Committee is thus directed to take decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioner for verification of the tribe certificate as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
