The learned Counsel for the applicant opened his arguments with a statement that charges are framed and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this revision application challenging the order of refusing discharge of the accused from the offences punishable under sections 376, 376(2)(n), 354©, 506(2), 328 of the Indian Penal Code r/w section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act and under sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
