ORDER

Not on Board. Upon mentioning taken on board. On hearing the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the petition as the petitioner has an alternative remedy available as the prayer is against the State Government for protection in view of the full bench judgment. However, in view of the urgency expressed and as protection is granted by this Court by an order dated 5 August 2015 which expired on 9 July 2016 therefore, if the petitioner not already terminated no coercive steps be taken based upon the impugned order passed by the Scheduled Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee for a period of two weeks. Petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty.
