This is an application for modification of conditions imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by order dated 28.04.2014 in Criminal Bail Application No. 1926 of 2012.

By the said order the applicant was directed to attend the office of the concerned Investigating Agency at Mumbai on every first Sunday of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that 1/2
(912) APPP 598-15 since his release from jail, the applicant is regularly attending the office of the Investigating Agency and is complying with the said condition without fail. He submitted that the applicant may be permitted to attend the office of the Investigating Agency at Jaipur instead of Mumbai.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Special Crime Branch, Mumbai has filed an affidavit dated 21.10.2015. In the said affidavit it is stated that the CBI has no objection for alteration and/or modification in the bail condition, by this Court. 5.
Hence the following order:
Condition No. (iv) of the order dated 28.04.2014 is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the office of the CBI at Jaipur on first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of trial against him. 6.
