DATED : 27th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- In furtherance of the order dated 8/9/2022, the learned APP has placed on record the report from the API, Vasai police station. In his report dated 27/9/2022, he state that in the manner directed by this Court, he visited the victim girl and established conversation with her and he arrived at a conclusion that she understands/follows Hindi. He, therefore, report that she has knowledge of Hindi language.

The statement is accepted.

In the wake of the material compiled in the chargesheet, when the statement of the victim girl recorded u/s.16 Tilak

2/2 26 BA 3087-21.doc Cr.P.C and the charge being framed, let the evidence of the victim girl be recorded by the Special Court in Special Case No. 188/2020 within a period of one month from today. The order shall be communicated by the learned APP to the Special Court in Vasai, who is seized of the matter. The learned counsel for the applicant states that he shall wait till the statement of the victim girl is recorded by the Court during the course of the trial and he reserve his liberty to move the application after the statement is recorded. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission granted. Application is permitted to be withdrawn.
