We record the statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the Court Commissioner and the learned AGP, who has taken instructions from PSI Gyanoba G. Indrale, attached to Malvani Police Station, that physicalo possession of the secured asset viz. Flat No.106, "C" Wing, Building No.7, CAPRI, Raheja Exotica, Malad, Madh Road, Mumbai, shall be taken on 29 July 2019 at 11 a.m. Possession of the secured asset shall be handed over to Mr.Ulhas Karve, Chief Manager of the Petitioner-Bank, who shall also be present on the aforesaid date and time. 2.

The Petition to stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3.

Place the Petition on 30 July 2019 `for directions' for reporting compliance.
